Venetian Casino and Grand Canal

Why spend the money to cross the Atlantic when you can get a decent taste of Italy right in Vegas? Nestled along the Strip, the Venetian is part hotel, part casino that re-creates the highlights of Venice, complete with gondola rides, operatic performance and high fashion. Gambling is always an option, but also make time to gaze at the lobby's fresco-adorned ceiling, window shop along the Grand Canal, stroll through the Guggenheim Hermitage Museum (which features rotating exhibits from both of its namesake museums) and maybe pamper yourself at the Canyon Ranch Spa. You can also meet some of the world's top celebrities who reside at the Venetian in Madame Tussaud's Las Vegas.
Not only does the Venetian offer the lavish amenities of the Old World, it is also home to several trendy restaurants and nightclubs.
